Before Football Players Wore Armourby theSajComment: The lighting in this seems a bit too harsh. Maybe try using a reflector or take the shot outside in the morning or early evening sun. The wrist guards are hard to make out with the chest guard since they're so close in colour. Good idea for a team sport though. |

Choose your Gameby TimboMacheteComment: I can tell you thought a lot about the composition with this one. The image is very balanced. The one thing to consider in teh future is negative space thoguh - it plays as important of a role in composition as the actual subject. Sometimes a really active subject like this can look even better if it's offset by a lot of negative space to the right or left side - this would also incorporate the rule of thirds. While the rule of thirds doesn't work for every image, it would probably improve this one. |

Field Positionby OlyuziComment: Really good idea - but would like to see somethign that draws and moves my eye - maybe something in front - like looking out from a chair in the opposing stands. |

Rowingby RUEDISCHMUTZComment: Good composition - love the shoes all over the dock. The lighting seems a bit off - there seems to be some harsh blue tones coming in that may have been projected from the sun. I'm not sure the time of day you shot, but maybe shooting at a different time of day would have helped slightly - or using a polarizer. Great shot though - 8 |

Through the Uprightsby anatomComment: Really wonderful night scene. Would maybe have looked cool if the pole wasn't so centered, but not sure. Good idea nad good execution. |

Forgotten Ballby Sparky9001Comment: Great idea, but the compression and noise is very extreme and that's very distracting. Also, the lighting seems a bit off. |

Transition gameby anirenoComment: Really like this idea. Maybe woudl have liked to see an angle where the camera is right there set on the chalk board. Not sure if it woudl hav eworked or not, but maybe more intersting - with a very narrow DOF. Good idea and excecution though. Good luck> |

There are 3 in my Tennis Teamby awilkinsonComment: Interesting arrangement, but maybe would have been more effective if shot looking (almost like a macro) right into one of the rackets. The composition seems just to be a bit centered. Maybe think of the use of negative space to enahnce your images. The lighting seems to have dulled the colour saturation a little bit also and I can see some noise artifacts/compression artifacts in around the blue handle that are slightly distracting. |

Two points for team Lens Flareby photomComment: Really intersting shot. I'm wondering if it would have been even better if it was shot with a little bit more to the right or the left. However, overall very effective. I hope you do well. |
