Low rated, sorry.
The upper half is decent, though the sky is a bit blah and the centered horizon not attractive. Some clouds are visible, a gradient filter or even a selective burning could help a lot there.

The main issue is the foreground, IMO: flat, without any line of other point of interest, it is really blocking the eye.
A black and white with a lower horizon and a more contrasted sky could probably provide a much better image.

Asia really ? Evokes more East Europe than Asia for me.
Some strange blue pixels here and there, the result of an incomplete selection ?
The composition is good, would work better with a sharp foreground though.
