Very nice photo except for the haze effect. I find it is washing out to much of the picture. Have you ever tried shoot thru a polarized lens? maybe this would reduce the haze. The photo also appears to be a tad on the blurry side or not as crisp as I think it should be. Beautiful shot tho.

altho I didn't vote I find the image to be a little to dark and the crop to be a little to wide. I also find the blurr on the knife to be very distracting. The mouth on the face is also OOF. Actually the whole face is. I probably would have given this image a 4 as well.

In my opinion the crop is to wide.and not tall enough. I find that your picture is only really about the size of a pinky finger nail (lady bug) and the rest of the picture is boring or lacking subject (body). Keep up the good work and better luck in 2005

I took a very similar shot when I was in the country for a drive and found it to lack subject and interest. I find these shots to look more snapshotish and not as planned. Maybe a selective desaturation would have improved this shot for my vote but not as it is. It is very sharp and the apples stand out but other then that, thats it. Keep trying and don't get discouraged by what others think.

Interesting photo but I would have prefered to see it landscape instead of portrait. It has an excellent color range but lacks subject or interest but thats just my opinion. Nice photo and keep up the good work in 2005.

I find this photo hard to look at because of the contrast. The hotspot on the persons left shoulder makes it very hard to look at and the eyes look a little over processed(if you will). I also would have prefered to see the guys whole head and not cropped like it is.

Guessing by the forums I'd say we could figure out who you are lol. Nice photo but it seems a bit washy with the white. I find you lose a lot of detail in the background. all in all its a nice photo and pleasing to the eye. The foreground is very clear and the reflection is outstanding. well done and keep up the great work. <8>
