	Framed in blue. by cathysapp Comment: Amazing that 2 images ago, I also critiqued an image titled "Framed in Blue" and this also suffers from the same "mistake." Rules stated that foreground must frame background, not vice versa. Nice rich photo, just doesn't meet the challenge.

	Urban Legends by _Armadildo_ Comment: Appears a bit too NeatImaged. Grain or noise would've done nicely in this raw urban setting--rather than a soft, dreamy, fluffy appearance NI gives.
