Well, the title and post processing doesn't help.
I really dislike the use of glow. It looks completely unnatural on his face, especially the right cheek. It also makes the shirt have a weird sheen. The expression is comical, but not in a "ha-ha" funny way. It looks entirely contrived, which it obviously is, but I don't like it.

So yes, I think this deserved a two.

Excellent job on the composition.
If it wasn't for the extremely well positioned eye of the child, this would be a run of the mill photo that I wouldn't give two shits about. That perfect triangle formed from the three eyes is just too good not to reward.

Gave this a nine as there's one entry I like better.

It's a fantastic image Lev. I didn't have you pegged as blue, but you were in my top three. Looking through Winogrand's work, this definitely fit his style.

This is a fine line between being a drawing or a photo of a drawing.
I still like it though, but could understand others voting it really low because of that fact.

The vignetting on the left side distracts from the image. If it was evenly applied on both sides it wouldn't have bothered me that much.
