A veritable smorgasbord of things to observe in this image. Although, I don't think that the setting is conveyed as well as it could be. The maid seems very separated from her surroundings in an artificial way. Maybe that's just me.

Very complex image, with a lot of interesting pieces to put together. Although I appreciate the skill demonstrated here, I found other, more traditionally photographic entries, to be better.

This is my pick for number two. No matter what manner this was captured in I find it simultaneously haunting, but curious. It's a very odd image, and it's very well put together. The title, in this case, adds to the image as well.

So after looking over this challenge a few times, I have to say this is my number one pick. It certainly takes an idea and runs with it, using the full scope of the expert editing rules. It's also a classic image, done technically well, with a bit of whimsical emotion about it.

I like the inclusion of the cat, master of balance, in juxtaposition with this girl who is also a master of balance apparently.
