The bottle of red isn't very red itself, and what looks like a flannel shirt is distracting. It makes me wonder if that's someone's back.

I like how the red sticks out on the blue hand. But the blue sticks out on the black background, too, which makes the picture seem more blue than red to me.

The title really makes the photo, however. It tells me you've stolen someone's heart, and it gives the photo much more life.

I've commented on all the flower shots that you have to do something more impressive with a flower shot than with a more original subject. I think you did that here. Maybe the shadows are too hard, though.

I see red as the color that sticks out. I like how you made the normally bland colors of the dog and the couch the thing which sticks out. Interesting title as well.

I'm surprised there aren't more sunset photos here. But I think it's safe to say, anyone else who thought about submitting a sunset photo is probably glad they didn't. This one would probably beat them all. I have no idea how you got it so red.

Is that a guitar pick? I gave you the benefit of the doubt, and tried to find some meaning in this photo. Maybe it's supposed to look like someone yelling, the red part being a tongue?

I'm trying, but I'm not finding anything interesting here. Did I miss something?

I'm a sucker for numbers. I love how the tape seems like it's going to wrap around forever. It really starts to look like some turbulent liquid in the background.

That's one large jawbreaker. I like the colors, but I find the background somewhat distracting. I know you didn't have much choice in that, if you wanted the shadows how they are, you only had two sides to shoot from and maybe the other side was worse.

I'm leaving pretty much the same comment on all the flower shots. Flower shots aren't very original, so you have to make up for it somehow. I think originality is overrated, but if you're going to do something normal you really do need to separate it from the pack in some way. Although it's a nice photo, it isn't amazing.
