have to say, not to offend, but I couldn't help but think of the mocking comments regarding Peter Lik and how he "waited his whole life to find that perfect setup, with the moon rising behind the tree..."

it seemed like an obvious shot from the Lik challenge, and well done, but that's all I could think of when I was voting on this.
still netted a 7 from me...just thought I'd stop back in and see whose image it was :)

A Beautiful Ending

took a screengrab, played with flipping every possible way...the only way this looked even remotely close to as good (in my opinion) was a tighter crop below (starting just below the first reflection of the face, putting the head in the lower left 1/4 of the image).
I gave this an 8 and feel confident that it deserved it. I really think that just about anything else you did would've detracted overall from the score you received.
