In almost all aquarium shoots in this challenge are easy to see a focus lack. This is caused by the low light conditions. You need to compensate it in some way (more light, speedlight, apperture) to avoid the motion blur. The subject itself moves very fast and you need to focus as quick as it move. A workaround to do it is choose infinity focus mode.

Good composition. I had noticed that many people has tryed to shoot dark scenes like yours. But they has a lot of issues about focus. May be you had tryed to do it with the AF. The AF don´t works well with low light situation. If you don´t has MF capabilities, try to show normal light conditions then do a brightness adjust in PS.
