Friendsby MelethiaComment: The thumbs up and the gang signage are certainly an odd combination. I dream about being able to take technically perfect shots like this. |

Chelsea-Gallery_0091by mariucaComment: i agree with Melethia..and i'm sorry i'm not a purist...i would have chopped the blurry guy...and hell i might have even moved around the guy with the ipod going as he just doesn't quite stand out as is. I think the concept of him waiting at the back of the line for the other's who are still in their paper world is very intriguing...he does seem a bit held back in his body language...not to worry...it's just me...it's a fine shot as is :) |

Hi Melethia...i'm happy to be involved today as well...i think it's already lasted longer than my last foray into the forums.
i like it when people see things that i made a note to purposefully keep in the frame...so we should both keep doing it. Perhaps this particular photo isn't the best example, but I do love minute details in photography, even if they have to be added post process with multiple images...does anyone know of any other web sites out there that focus on this photographic minutia in street photography? Or at least a bit more meaning in each photo? I'm basically only aware of in-public, and that just feels like kind of old street style to me. Message edited by author 2011-09-23 22:16:38. |

Actually, this location does not exist. It's a composite of 10+ shots taken in two different cities."
...Funny, I'm not sure whose messing with who anymore. |
