Beta Testby soupComment: Superb lighting. At first glance, I thought your fish had passed, but I'm guessing it would be floating if that were the case. The mood i'm stiil getting is post life. Anyway since you decided to cut off the base, I'm left trying to figure out why you decided to show so much of the stem. |

Family affairby unicumComment: Comments like these will one day help me get over my addiction to this site. I need to add more pics like this to my favorites to remember that. This is what photography to me is all about. Capturing life at the perfect moment. In your case minus the arm of the extra guy sitting at the table. But none-the-less an extremely intriguing shot due to the composition, the lighting, and that there's so much going on to think about. Luckily, these are the type of images that you find in galleries, not water droplets on glass. Of course you also find all white paintings in modern galleries, but I'll save that for another rant. I'm going to personally go through everyone one on this list who posted an unwarranted negative comment and take them off of my christmas card email list. |

Entrapmentby cpurserComment: Perhaps I have my monitor set to dark because I don't want anyone complaining about my pics, but I think this could have been a stellar shot if there was some more light on the water. Oh and if possible I would have liked to see the full reflections of the longer posts and a bit less sky |

Expectingby just-marriedComment: I like how the shape of the outer black conforms to her shape. Would have liked to see less detail in the mode'l's face and chest. And if her fingers weren' t visible, she would have looked like a pregnant venus de milo. I'm thinking that would have been a cool idea. |

Meditation in the Cityby amberComment: Good idea. Like the b/w. Would have liked to see it with the bottom fern pulled down when you took the pic and with that middle black line at the bridge of the nose removed during processing |

Remembranceby TruegshtComment: That appears to be a very strong sunset you had to work with. I find myself wondering what would have happened if you showed more of the scene and kept the natural colors |

Lonely Singerby AlainComment: The strange angle is very intriguing. It seems like the bird should be falling backwards off the branch. I'm guessing you cropped down alot, but with the b/w and the artifacts that became more apparent, it adds to the mystique of the shot for me. I'm also guessing from the title, the artisticness of this shot was perhaps unintended. Looking at it more closely, perhaps I'm completely wrong and you just added a plastic type filter and then upped the contrast? Regardless of the intention I do enjoy it. |

A Perfect Endingby cherylogleComment: I really like the guy on the right's body language and expression. I wish the other guy had his arm down. |

Sunset Dreamby Judith PolakoffComment: Nice composition. I'm having a tough time figuring out what you did but the edges of the ducks ended up very off. I'm thinking upping the contrast a bunch would have helped the ducks stand out without the artifacts. |
