I like this, the contrast of the butterfly and the buds against the leaves looks nice. I like the DOF too.

I really like this one. Great timing for that pose and great composition to get the shadow behind him like that. For action it's nice to either use the largest aperture possible, or use fill flash to make the subject stand out a little more. Maybe f/3.5 and flash underexposed a bit, and then 1/250th or whatever the max sync speed is.
