This has an impact. It tells me that the long hallway leads to a dead end with no way to exit. I find that disturbing, so it is effective. Technically it could be clearer, but the out of focus adds to the discomfort. What seems to be missing here is the textural element. Sure the walls are smooth, etc, but that doesn't really get the spotlight here. Not bad though.

Soft Enough to Wipe Your Nose With

Yuck! What a terrible thought! But the photo is lovely. Looks soft enough touch. Perspective is good...bug's eye view. depth of field works well here. The only thng I don't like here is the distracting stem hovering behind the subject. A simple move to either side or a little lower and it could be eliminated. Outside of the challenge it can be taken care of easily with basic software. Sky color is good.
