Great capture of the eyes. I think the harsh flash or lighting on the skin detracts, some neat image softening might have been good here.

A good sharp capture with good tones, but I think you might have done better with some fill light in the front, which would have added some catchlights in his eyes, and brightened the lower part of his face a bit. Also, I think the extra space should have been on the left not the right, just given the way he is slightly turned.

The composition, tones and water capture is fantastic. I think it would work better with the hands being softer (less skin detail) as might have been "legally" accomplished using NeatImage.

Nice tonal conversion; I like the closeup, but I am not sure there wasn't a more interesting composition. Also watch for her shirt, which is overexposed.
