life is mostly waterby ursulaComment: I really like this abstraction of green. I hope this places at or near the top, but I'd guess that this won't because of the style, and because it seems a little of a stretch to squarely fit within the challenge theme. Great details and fractal-like pattern. I'll give you /my/ top score for the week, at least. |

Transitionsby garrywhite2Comment: I really like how I can't tell immediately from what angle I'm looking at this scene. It's got a lot of "confusing" imagery, I think, but it's interesting. |

Spring lonelinessby cmartosComment: So plain, but very effective. If you didn't title the photo what you did, I still would've understood the sense of mixed feelings here. The photo works best when the viewer's in a certain mood. This probably won't place near the top, because it won't impress everyone - but you definitely have impressed some of us. |

looking backby giseleComment: Great angle. Maybe a little less plain background might suit the unusual pose better? Still looks great, though. |

Getting Leisureby JPRComment: I like the color scheme and textures, although I don't really get it... it's kind of just a coincidence instead of serendipity. |

The Age of Innocenceby KaliComment: This has a peaceful, more indirect, and more definite sense of serendipity than the other photos here. It works very well. Thanks for not putting a paragraph into your title to explain it! It takes a little longer to sense it, but it makes you appreciate the photo tons more. |

Sir Isaac Newton Discovers Gravity...by bbmohrComment: This had better win - it easily is the best photo that conveys some strong semblance of "serendipity" without explaining itself in the title. And it looks great, too - technically, and in terms of composition. Hilarious face. Top score for the week. |
