I think the red chair makes this along with the expressions, the chair being so intrusive but fitting.

I favour the first photo and the el-sindicato the most, at least for the moment, commitment is always a challenge when there is so much on offer. To quote I.N.E. Giardina :17 May 2015 6:35:50pm The position that it is not possible to imagine oneself into a radically distinct phenomenal position places a kind of ontology objectivity pertaining to kinds of mental content such as imagination. That is a kind of mental content shares no properties with another mental content qua self is a functionalist account on self [sic]. One of the underpinning primal motivations of artists, at least I believe, is the search for and into the other. To quote again So being part of an -imagined community- of perceiving inter-subjective selves needs an epistemic community, like being part of an enclave. I think you and you work are, like many others here, a fine example of that enclave. A delightful essay.

Lovely Herman. A heartfelt look beyond the superficial and into the character of your subjects. You remind us that they are real, they are full of life and personality, something that is often overlooked. The quality is more than enough to give us the joy of your and their sharing. Well done.

Loved this Henry. I particularly like how I am drawn into each scene by your technical prowess, the high contrast, sharp detail and the unassuming simplicity of your complex compositions. I am compelled to acknowledge and reconstruct scenes and stories upon multiple viewings, which drives me to discover more and more, it really does make one savour every discoverable morsel. I especially admire numbers 12 & 14. Thank you for a wonderful gift.

I like this, probably because, as with Paul's essay, it is culturally representative. An assumption from someone who has experienced neither place physically, but I can see the presence of a universal theme. The veneer of environment on the human condition peeled back. Not unlike an archaeological dig, all dust and rocks, the facade to the human condition. One could go to either place, and hidden behind all that sparseness, one would find the whole gauntlet of human nature, the good, the bad, glory and despair. You and Paul are unpacking your environment, that irresistible urge to pick at it, poke it with a stick, turn over the rock, reflecting the same attributes within yourselves that you are exploring outside yourselves. Just a hunch. Thank you for sharing.

Abstain, condomise, be faithful, Zama Zama. Reflects Coke and God, or is it God and coke. The beauty of sparseness in poverty equals the richness of human spirit and enterprise. I see hope, those seeking harmony, a life and matter in their own sphere. The greater the apparent disorder, the stronger is the spur. Tough going all the same. Thank you for the insight and the reminder.
