Pasticheby zeuszenComment: Surprising placement for this wonderful shot! I gave you an 8. I really like the lighting and the gold tones throughout the image. Then the red really grabs your attention. Great capture. Cheers....Martin |

Sailboats Iby OlyuziComment: Obviously I looked at the last photo first and the first one last. This is what I'm talking about as far as reflections. Very nice! It has a very soft atmosphere that suggests a foggy morning on the bay. I like how you have to imagine where the horizon is. Cheers....Martin |

Sailboats IIby OlyuziComment: I like this one too. Your choice of monochromatic gives that foggy morning on the ocean/lake bay feeling. Good composition and contrast. Wouldn't mind seeing more of the reflections, looks like there were some great waves making some really cool reflections. |

Buchanan.jpgby OlyuziComment: I like this. Good composition and the foggyness in the background keeps your focus on the boats.
On the other hand, it seems a bit heavy on the USM. Looks like you used neatimage on the "Filter and Sharpen slightly out of focus" setting. |

sunday morningby saintaugustComment: Love this shot! Excellent exposure. Very good tonal range and nice sharp eyes. I wonder if maybe the composition might be a little stronger if you cropped the forground out, maybe three quarters of the blurred distraction at the bottom. Right up to the point where her arm meets the distraction.
Cheers....Martin |
