The calm after the stormby PeterPicComment: I like the green and the light color of the stem. The water drop seems to be overexposed at the tip, but maybe that is just my perception because of the darker portion. I will bump this up because of that. The composition seems to have a lot a negative space that isn't needed. The reason I feel that way is because the stem is pointing to the left and the space is to the right. It would seem to be more needed on the left. |

Plop!by FromacComment: These have been done so many times that the bar has been raised very high. It is almost impossible to get a decent score unless the shot is perfect. I salute the attempt that was made. This seems to be out of focus and overprocessed.
Seeing that there were at least 3 light sources, I wonder if a flash was tried. That would allow for a higher shutter speed but should only be used as an external flash that could be positioned away from the camera to avoid all the hot spots on the front of the drop. |

Rain won't stop me now!!by BalkanComment: The s-curve is a nice compositional element. If there had been a greater dof, this would have been one of the best windshield shots. As it is presented I gave it a 4. |

slow escapeby saintaugustComment: I ended up giving this a four. The main reason was because the couple is leaving the frame, which was somewhat explained in the title. I feel that the title was created to overcome the composition, however. I did like how the rain was handled. The distortion is fun. |

After The Rainby red_geckoComment: I wanted to like this. The reason I ended up giving it a 4 is because the white mushes together. It looks as if the focus was ok, there just wasn't enough definition in the flower. Also the leaf was cut off and it feels, to me, that the full leaf would have added to the composition. |

Slippery When Wetby robsComment: foggy window? it is hazy, overexposed and not interesting enough to receive a high vote. A better exposure might have improved it's score, but I doubt it would have been high even then because of the fact that it's not something that holds a lot of interest. |

In Passingby lil_moComment: The color is nice but I don't think there is enough interest in what is within the frame to garner a high vote. |

Natural After The Rainby jellyooooComment: I have the same problem of centering the most important thing. It is hard to overcome but if one can manage that, their photos will have much more impact and their scores will improve dramatically.
Try cropping this so the center of the main rose is in the lower left rule of thirds position. I think it will make a big difference. |

Here Comes The Sunby GeneralEComment: I can't figure out if that is rain in the sun streaks or if it's just grainy from excessive dodging. That's the only place it seems to have that texture. I think it is way overexposed and if anything, most of the right side should have had some burning done if that was allowed in a basic editing challenge at all. |
