Seven Bird Resort and Spaby MeMex2Comment: The composition and colors of this image are very visually pleasing. I quite like it. It is especially nice that all of the bird houses look distinctly different. That gives the viewer a lot to look at.
I do think that the sticker thing with the number 7 is completely unnecessary. It doesn't fit with the mood of the rest of the photograph 7 |

Fallby CJinCAComment: Great concept, and this is one of very few photos where I feel the border actually helps the image (go you!)
The one thing that bothers me is the background which varies between splotchy dark grey and smooth black. If that had been uniform I think I would have given this an 8. As it is, its just a bit too distracting for me. 6 |

Join usby dasserComment: I love the colors and the texture of the surface that the marbles are resting on. However, I think a larger depth of field would have been necessary for this to be effective. I would have liked to see all of the marbles in equal focus |

At The Gummy Discoby NeVeRynComment: My first thought when I saw this image was "Psychedelic"
The two gummy bears in front are soft compared to the others which are much more in focus. I would have liked to see them just as in focus. |

Burnt outby sarampoComment: Fantastic image and perfect for this challenge. This is exposed perfectly, which is not easy to do with flames! I also love the rich tones and of course the concept.
Personally, I don't like the splotches of wax on the table. I get why it was done, in order to show the decrease in stature of the candles, but to me it is distracting. Because that is personal preference though, I won't deduct anything from the score. I will not be surprised at all to see this pretty high up top. 8 |

Seven Lilies IIby banmornComment: This is a beautiful photo of flowers and I love the lovely textures that are represented both in the petals, leaves, and wall texture. Its like I could reach through the screen and feel it myself.
However, it is extremely difficult to spot all 7 flowers, which is a bit of a downer since that is the main point of this challenge. Maybe a slightly higher angle would have made the back flowers more obvious. 6 |

Comfortably Numbby keyzComment: Dpc doesn't tend to vote nicely on conceptual shots, which is really too bad. This is really well done and I love how you chose a strong tilt. It really makes the image more powerful. Besides some blown out highlights, there are no flaws in this image. If someone doesn't like it, it is due to their personal taste in photography and not due to any photographic shortcomings. 7 |

Seven Windows; Seven Storiesby PennyStreetComment: I like the pun in the title, it took me a second to get. The drink in the right corner becomes the most interesting part of this photo. My eye keeps wandering back to it. I don't know if you planned that for more visual interest or if that was unintentional. |

7 Scoopsby vawendyComment: Mmmm, this looks good. I would eat this ice cream! I love the detail you have managed to capture in the various textures of the different types of ice cream. I would have loved to see the whole cone though. Take that with a grain of salt, because I also understand that that would have made the image incredibly tall and difficult to fit all of that in one picture. |

A Perfect Startby loveComment: Both the composition and the tonal range of the black and white image is visually pleasing. I only have the tiniest nitpick in that the obvious carpet underneath bugs me. But other than that I really like it, especially the great detail throughout the image. What made you choose the word elation over other 7 lettered words? Just curious 7 |
