i like the pic minus the effect...i don't judge badly on any pic that uses this type of effect...its just not my thing - too doctored looking. I think it would work in color....but anyway the composition is very nice, everything is framed well. good use of negative space, etc. Good location to take that pic with the fence like that... nice work.
