Freedom should not come at a priceby jonpinkComment: oh that's cool - my kind of shot. wish more people would be this bold and make a statement...I tried to make a statement with one of mine once and the "flower team" here gave a lot of negative comments...I hope that yours is met with better understanding...well composed - i like how its cropped very tight, even cutting out some of the key. nice. I'm assuming that's ketchup or something similar - i've given you a 9...but if that's real blood - send me an email and i'll give you a 10 =`) |

losing a wheel was the price I paid for freedom.by samtimesComment: very cool shot. I want to call it an abstract shot...but I don't want to offend you if you don't think it is...either way i like it alot. I wish I'd see more shots like this than set up studio stuff. The car (looks like a pontiac with those rims...) is a nice effecct. Lends well to the statement that you'd be moving too...if you had the rest of the bike...at least that's what i think your saying? nice work. |

Life Raft by thelselComment: what a great shot. very pleasing to the eye. great detail - tips of the petals in the water, the water drops on the flower, etc. nice work. |

Cookie Slipby thelselComment: I loved this shot...looking at the top 3 in this challenge - I have no idea in the world how this didn't finish higher...
I had given it a 9 - it's a really good macro. Interesting and detailed, this pic is great. |

Old Churchby JohannesFrankComment: good shot - the focus doesn't look to be as sharp as it could be...good subject that is framed well. |

"Remember When ....?"by tfarrell23Comment: :) man i still have that somewhere....i always hated the snes version...controls sucked...but the pc versions sure were fun. And I thought that i was the only one who saved the boxes that the games came in =`) But onto the shot....it's framed very well, and at first i didn't like the negative space up in the top right...but the longer i look at it...the more I'm glad its there. good idea and execution....now to break out the snes emulator and play some old games :) |

once kingby dc broughtonComment: if you were trying to make it look like an old time photo...it worked...otherwise too blown out imo. nice subject though - good interpretation of the category...and the big fellow is framed in the shot well. too bright for me...but something tells me you put a little more than average effort into this...6 for effort. |
