Very good camera work with the depth of field to isolate the subject. The subject captured was good and the message conveyed well. I would like to see a partial face view or something but that was not presented in the photo.

Nice attempt at side lighting to give mood to the photo. The light source being at the top rear side of the model has left some need for fill light on the models right side in the facial area. Also the blown specular highlight on the scalp could have been dealt with by cropping or some other means.

Great pose. I like the soft focus... seems to be passe these days with everyone and their HD Portraits. I think the eyes need a touch more sharpness. Overall great!

Great pose showing off a very contemplative person. The color is a little warm with the orange tones dominating the whites in his shirt and eyes. (White balance is a little high) Other than that, good highlights and shadows and the sharpness is pretty good, probably couldn't push it too much more due to noise. I don't feel the noise detracts because to me it is a matter of personal taste to create a mood in the photo.

Great pose by the model and very good interaction between the photographer and the child. Technical problems show throughout the photo include high noise grain, lots of digital artifacting convering the photo particularly on the grey shadow line on the hairline and down the neck, somewhat blown highlights on the cheek.
