Surprisingly, you have managed to make this blob of sand interesting. It is not one dimensional even though there is only one color and you have really shown off the textures in this scene. How can this be better? Perhaps with a shallower DoF to isolate the foreground. Great Job.

Awesome DoF, Focus and Sharpness. The eyes on this owl are amazing except for the yellow reflections. I can be open to the option you put the eyes in the top third of the photo, however this composition is more fill the frame.

Strong subject for the times we live but the photo does not draw my emotions. The hand crumbling the pink slip is great. It just needs to be dressed up more. I think it's the Jeans. I would expect to see something related to business or office attire or something like that. The hand on the desk with the cuff of a white shirt and a fancy watch on the wrist. Apparently it's all about the costume for me. Hopefully this is a constructive criticism.
