Broad St.by MsAmbrosiaComment: Excellent B&W conversion with a wide range of tones none blown out or hidden in dark shadow. Great sky top to add interest to the scene. One thing lacking is people or activity. Otherwise a great photo. |

Main Street Boontonby ladpupmoeComment: The cloudy sky adds great interest to the scene. The photo appears to be very oversharpened as there are noticeable jpg "jaggies" on every horizontal and diagonal line in the photo. The choice of sepia was good but the use of the bright white border conflicts with the sepia tone of the photo. |

The End.by Covert_OddityComment: What an awesome perspective on the sign! Love the sky. This one is a little darker than your last shot tone wise... The message is evident. The little container on the street looks like a suitcase waiting to be picked up. |

Week 4 - City Streetsby PennyStreetComment: Awesome street photography! I think you did a great job using the slower shutter speed to capture the movement of the cars in the boulevard and still keep the boys from being blurred. The colorful subject really stand out against the background. This is a super dynamic shot! I'll bet you have a great main street entry in this weeks challenge! |

Week 3-The Directorby jdannelsComment: What can you say about something so perfectly shot. This is a great image of a unique looking person with a great OOF background and super sharp subject. Great colors and pose. The only thing I could think of to do would be to abandon the rule of thirds composition and use a portrait crop with centered subject, but that is all personal taste. Excellent! |

#3by WeJayComment: Love the yellow color to this! It adds interest to this street shot! A couple suggestions would be to crop it a hair tighter to get rid of the blue part of the wall and your shadow to the left, as well as the dark bus in shadow to the right. |

Fresh From The Pickin'by Covert_OddityComment: Nice set up on this one. It looks like you tried to use complimentary colors to make this photo pop. Just looking at a simple color wheel, purple is complimentary for yellow, so nice selection for your backdrop. But red is complimentary for green. I have no idea how you would make purple and red work together though so you did better than I could. One interesting thing to note is that I think the blue bucket is reflecting off the yellow lemon, making it green. |
