Dead But Not Gone by vladoComment: Outstanding photo! There is only one critique I could give and that is to lose the extra space on the left of the tree. I know it fits that High Definition crop ratio but I don't see it serving a purpose. There would be greater definition and texture showing on the tree if it were closer and filled in the frame a bit more. |

Wherever my heart goes, my song will followby JudiComment: Reminds me of a movie called "The Gods Must Be Crazy". He would have to have a bottle of Coke with him though. But the picture is vibrant and colorful. The tree is cool and I am glad you put a person in the image to give it something more! |

Lost in the Mistby YandrosxxComment: Beautiful and serene scene. I do think it needs a little something extra in the scene to turn it from a static background image into something dynamic for that higher score. |

antlersby kellmak10Comment: The big clunky frame is really overpowering the photo. |

Out on a limbby Pattyd1230Comment: Very cute find. The use of three turtles is good and you got a good reflection. However the focus is really missed and I see no artistic reason why it would be done purposfully. |

Watery Graveby AbraComment: This is an interesting composition using the camera rotation to frame the shot. The harsher sunlight serves to shade the texture of the branch somewhat but it really highlighted the ripples in the water well. There seems to be an overall blue cast to the image. |

Snail's Viewby bspurgeonComment: That is a neat way to get a soft focus. It really did a neat job with the light as well.. dark where the leaf is close to the lens and very bright at the subject spot. I think you just invented an eco friendly selective focus lens. |
