This is a good vacation shot for the family album. You got good color here. The lighting is pretty harsh and puts the models face half in shadow half in bright direct sunlight giving her a squinty look which is not really good technique for portrait photos. There is good humor with the I heart NB shirt. Is it New Brunswick or Nebraska or something?

Pretty nice landscape. think the subject of the photo is the kayak in the creek and it appears to be waaay to far away. There isn't really anything to make this stand out as being above average. You did get a good leading line with the stream at the diagonal and the sky in the top third of the photo.

Good Black and white conversion here, or is it inverted?? No real compositional technique used except for mayb close up shot. It's funny though and illustrates a great email chain letter nicely.

The color of the cheese puff stands out nicely against the blue/grey background. However it is not a very interesting shot. It reminds me of when I was in high school photography class and I had free black and white film I would go out and shoot cigarette butts on the ground. I never got good grades from those photos... barely above a D. Why did I do that?? Because I was't very creative and the subjects were readily available.

This is somewhat of an ordinary subject but it isn't really shot extraordinarily to make it stand out as something awesome. There is really no color and the textures shown aren't really the highlighted as the reason for the photo. You did manage to put the subject nearly in the bottom right third of the shot which is a good composition technique.

This is a funny concept you have chosen. I am not a food photo expert though I think the food looks a little too moist to make me think it is delicious. I am not sure if you were going for something that looked like you would want to eat it or something that is kind of gross... What makes it look unappetizing is the moisture of the food and the harsh lighting. It could be a little overly sharpened. Anyway, it is a fun shot and something that I enjoyed voting on.

I just find it funny and there are examples of this all over the comments of photos where one voter likes one aspect of the photo and another doesn't like the same aspect of the photo... in this case the textured background. How do you please all the people all the time??? lol.
