I like the simplicity of this photo. Maybe needs more detail burned into the nose region. It appears the model has a nose ring, I would have liked to see more definition. Like the composition. It is an attention getter!

Yea! My highest finish - a top 10! I drifted away from DPC for a while, but I have always visited the site to view the photos. I missed having a designated photo challenge though. I decided to up my participation and do the Fashion challenge. I originally planned on more of a studio shot. My in-laws were visiting though and I didn't want to turn my living room upside-down to take pictures. I waited until the day of the contest and drug my daughter out to one of my favorite photo spots. It was close to sundown and the lighting was really good. I only did some minor level adjustments, sharpening and I ran it through Neat Image. This has really motivated me to take more photos and to enter more often. Thanks to all who have commented. I've learned something from each of your remarks.
