Our Old Catalpaby vtruanComment: I think something could be done with lighting to bring out the green of the trees. The photo lacks a focal point and seems dark and drab. Pull the color out and use mother nature for some natural mood lighiting! |

"Sunrise...Sunset..."by TrompieComment: Love the dual symbolism with the sun setting at the end of a life. With the dead trees in the background, this photo seems overwhelmed by death and leaves me feeling sorry for the little boy. I think maybe with all the death about, the boy should stand out a bit more. Lovely photo. |

Line Between Life & Deathby RehtseComment: My first thought when I saw this photo was "What is this a picture of"? Maybe bright colors would have made the distinction more pronounced. Maybe some type of frame or separation. Good subject, just doesn't seem to get hte message across. |
