Very nicely caught. This seems like a journalistic photo to me, something that would accompany a story about poverty, or can even say enough by itself to stand alone. The composition is very strong, the way the person is straining to pull the trolley creates a lot of tension. The long shadows give that feeling of either dusk or dawn (it's hard to tell), times of the day that have a special emotional impact on the viewer. I think I feel like giving this 10 since I had to look at it for so long to work out why I like it so much :)

Very pretty. This looks like the same bridge someone else photographed, but from a better angle, and with a gorgeous sunset. Nice silhouette. The structure of the bridge is really emphasised that way.
