This picture makes me jealous. Long gone are the days when i could smear food on my booger covered face and relish in the 'gooooos' and 'awwwwws' of my adoring fans. The Tongue action seals it. Though the picture lacks 'punch'. 6. well shot.

noisy, dirty, gritty, real, day-to-day, AWESOME candid. I LOVE those parts of it. I know this kind of thing is near impossible to plan for, as is the nature of the challenge, but I can't get settled in with the framing of this picture. My brain can't decide if it wants to see the stairs, dude, or hallway. And it distracts from being able to 'fall into the moment'.
I really enjoy your post-processing though. 7

I like the 'frame' of sorts created by the bokeh of the branches. Though it does distract from the subject quite a bit. And though it is 'candid' I'm not sure I get the same sense of 'in the moment' that I do with candid pictures of people. it's a good shot, but it just doesn't speak to me. 6

This is a well capture shot, but you could have brought out a LOT more emotion and feel in post processing (even in a BE challenge).
Looking at it even more, I see enormous potential. Just needs to be coaxed out. :) I'll still vote you a 7 for the candid humor and wonder of the kids at play.
