Contemplationby wei1108Comment: Absolutely stunning portrait. So much character and emotion. The pose with the hand beneath the chin adds a huge amount to the shot. The almost low-key lighting and processing is perfect. Fabulous. My favourite in the challenge and my choice for the Blue. 10. |

The Carnival Prizeby njsabsComment: Great composition. I really like the chest down crop and various elements of the shot, such as the goldfish, the texture of the wall and the angle of the leg, combine to make the image really fascinating. There's a great classic feel to it and a wonderful sense of narrative. My pick for the Blue. 10. |
