Prepared for Rainby StructorComment: Well that looks like an awesome place to take photos, but there are a lot of elements in this photo that clash for me, and I see no reason for that. I think the umbrella could have benefited from another light source to give it more color perhaps. |

Shelter Meby MsAmbrosiaComment: The lines and shapes are so defined and geometric, yet there is a very off-balance, unorderly sort of feel to this image that sort of bothers me. |

The New Crop by ColeyComment: That's a lovely tree. I think the high-contrast works well for this image. |

Self Hateby JaimeVinasComment: I think its sort of jarring that she is looking right into the camera during this moment of serious internal confliction. Unless we are supposed to be a mirror that she is looking into, I think it would be more powerful to see her in her pain unaware of the presence of others. |

Get of my lawn!by tjmuellerComment: It's a good portrait, but I think the expression is more of concentration than hate or anger. |

Late Commuteby Adamsw216Comment: Yeah, at first I thought the train signal lights went with my title, but I suppose they are rather distracting. I really didn't have much of a choice though, this is taken out of a broken window on the third story of an abandoned building. I had to climb up some old metal boxes to reach the window and I snapped the picture though there.
There is no star filter, it's just shot at a small aperture opening. Thanks for looking |
