It appears that you used a selection tool, which is not allowed in Basic editing.

The very selective desaturation in this draws the eye directly to the pink apparently discarded brolley, then the curved path takes you farther to the children, one of whom has a colourful jacket while the tones of the father's slacks mimic the colours of the empty bench. The passerby way way in the distance has just a hint of pink pants too completing the circle. Lines are supreme in this - the trash can, the benches, the pathways, the bridge, the upright trees in the Park - all echoing and reinforcing the whole composition but it takes careful study to realise this. Superb & understated.

Not a fan of selective coloring. I'd crop in closer, there is too much going on in the background and makes it look snapshooty.
