I love the composition, the clarity, and the colours. Looks very glacial, and cold!

There are quite a few shore/bridge/cityspace picture in this challege, but this is one of the stand out images for me. It's just very different in feel and tone to all of the others. I'm sure this will finish strongly.

Stellar photography instills such a sense of wonderment in me, I grew up looking at photographs like this in glossy books, and this picture would stand up against any others that I have seen. Simply awesome!

The title is so apt, it looks like a meteor powering towards the city. It's almost a photo of two halves... cool to the left, warm to the right, the composition is inspired. Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.

Quite a lot of sea shore photos with brooding skys in this challenge. This is on of the standout images in that style, and indeed a challenger for the best image of the challenge. Simply awesome!

There are quite a few cityscape/bridge/sunset pictures in this challenge, but this is one of the standout images to me. Not a contrived composition, and great colours. One of my criteria for a 10 is "would I have this on my wall", and for this image, I would!

Most of my tens are awesome sunset, landscape photos, this is the only "portrait" style photo that made the top tier for me. I don't know what it is about this photo that speaks to me, but the inherent sadness on the boys face really moves me, and that is the mark of a fantastic photo. Good luck for a strong finish in the challenge.

There are quite a few sea/sunset pictures in this challege, but this one is simply awesome. I love how the sea has fogged due to the long exposure, and the sunset looks incredibly beautiful. Great depth of field, and definition.

Lunar photography generally looks incredible when done well, and this is no exception. This photo would have pride of place in any observatory or planetarium. It's got to be in line for a ribbon!

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1115 images, I gave 93 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 93, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.

With the amount of sunset pics on show in this challenge, it is refreshing to see a shot of the moon instead. Nicely positioned, and the saturation of the blue is lovely. Would look nice on my wall :-)
