I think this photo could benefit from some open ground in frame in front of the fence, and a bit more headroom above the tree. By zooming out a little to accomodate this, it would put the tree more squarely on the third as at the moment it is slightly left of the third and a little off balance (only a little).

Looks like a heavy dose of topaz... a little too much for my tastes, and also appears on a slight slant from left to right which I find the tiniest bit off-putting. I think I would have scored this more highly with the horizon level, and the large tree on the right sitting on a third. I just don't like the way the sky through the tree is a lot lighter than the rest.
