Simply a terric image aptly titled imparting a sense of not only strength but of grace and style. The model imparts a sense of confidence and knowledge of her quiet energy. A little minor complaint about the shadow on the model's right arm, but that's extremely picky and does not negatively impact the image. A top five image and clearly worthy of a blue ribbon. Well done.

An excellant image of the unbridled job of being a child. Soccer at this age level could fairly be called "everybody chase the ball" and this image demonstrates that perfectly. And excellant capture that captures the nature of youth fitness and the free spirited job of just having fun. A top ten image and most certainly a ribbon winner.

The lighting compliments the sense of durability and health that soccer players have to have to compete. Crisp and sharp image and excellant lighting control. The gentle fade of the goal cage only enhances the image. Well done.

By comparison to an earlier image, the author used the natural shape of the background to form and compliment the model's posture and presentation. The sharp angles of the background perfectly match the model. The only way to improve this image would be to have the model face the camera using the same posture. Image conveys the meme of yoga as a positive life style - strength, grace. Well done.

Crisp and sharp imparts a sense of healthy exercise, purpose and style. A solid image. Perhaps a better background would have enhanced the overall effect, but the flat white works as well. Good color control with no blooming. A nice effort to convey the subject matter of the challenge - fitness.

A definitive action shot demonstrating fitness and activity for kids. The concentration of the subjects face conveys a sense of intensity and purpose. A good image for a motivational poster with many possible meanings. Very well done - it matches the theme in many ways.

Good impact visually, the image appears to be ever so slightly over sharpened as evidenced by the halo around the edges of the subject. It would have helped the image if the subject punching was in shadow which would bring out the lovely complextion and instill a sense of immediacy to the image. A good effort demonstrating one aspect of fitness and of self defense.

A good candid utilizing the theme of spontaneity which is unforced and unplanned. Shows a willingness to keep fit. Good detail and pleasant smiles work well. Not a perfect reflection on the challenge theme, but a good solid effort.

If only this were larger it would have been a fun image to rate - the other all sense of running is conveyed well and in larger format, the model's pleasant demeanor and fitness would be established without having to look closely at the image. It would have also fit the theme much better and have more impact. A good effort.

The lighting is a little strange and the image seems to have a rather odd color cast in the nose. There is also a hot pixel right above the tip of the nose that is very distracting in addition to the odd reflection in the glasses. The deep shadow would have been better utilized if there was more fade instead of a sharp division.
