I'm not always dead against blurry shots, but I don't think this one quite pulls it off. If I didn't know by the nature of the challenge, I would have no idea what the blue streak was, my guess would be some sort of fish in an aquarium (I'm still thinking it might be).

Interesting try at something different, unfortunately I don't feel you've pulled it off well.

I like the idea, and it's well shot, but it's a shame you chose to go with black and white for the large part of the image, I know the idea was to keep focus on the plate but I imagine the whole thing would look better in colour.

Was looking round the dial of the clock thinking, why are the rest of them smiling, they didn't get a ribbon, then I followed it all the way round and realised what was going on.
