Autumn Sunsetby Bear_MusicComment: I think you've gone a bit over the top on the processing here. It's a nice scene, and compositionally I quite like it, but whatever you've done has left the whole scene looking like an oversharpened painting! |

Potentialby avalanche1030Comment: Nice scenery to do a portrait in but for me theres a couple of things wrong with the shot. The first and most striking is the expression, it's a forced and unnatural smile, as if she's been holding it for too long.
The lighting is also a little flat, perhaps from being front on, and it's managed to make the fence stand out in a slightly unnatural way. |

American Idyllby scalvertComment: Nice picturesque scene. It is a little dominated by the leaves in the upper half due to their strong colour, and it definitely draws focus away from the falls themselves.
I like the fact that you have a real sense of motion in the water without going over the top on the long exposure and ending up with the overdone soft smokey feel. |

Dark Carolynby taburtonComment: Interesting shot, not entirely sure if I like it or not but it's definitely a striking and a well composed shot! |

Welcome the Sunby colorcarnivalComment: Nice colours and composition. For me the DOF is just a touch too shallow, it would have been nice if the whole centre part was in focus. |

Upby freakin_hilariousComment: Interesting angle, there's a real sense of height going on here! |

Burst of Colorby KenComment: Nice colours and I like the way it leads off into the distance. The trees on both side feel a little blurred for some reason, I'm guessing that's movement due to wind? |

Cedar Hillsby zaflaboutComment: I like these sorts of road shots, and I've often tried to do something similar myself without a huge degree of success. You've done this one with a fair degree of success.
I like the composition, the double bend off into the distance. The road does look a little overprocessed, but only the road, making me wonder if that is indeed the texture and not a result of processing.
I was a bit confused as to why there was only 1 lane coming up the hill and 2 going down, but then I realised that most folk drive on the wrong side of the road so that explains it :) |

Big Splashby KarenNfldComment: Nice drama and great colours in the water. I think it would be nice if I could see a bit more of the cliff on the left hand side as it feels a little cut off. |

Morning coloursby BrinComment: Really interesting shot. I'm guessing it's some sort of abstract art structure. I like the angle you have taken this from, it works really well, especially against the sky.
Great shot overall. |
