I think you allowed to add more contrast and use layers in basic editing. Would've created a more dramatic impact on the viewer I think.

I can't decide on this one. The powerlines in the middle of the photo is a bit distracting. I think this photo would be more dramatic without them. That would make it more... endlessly or something. It also seems that your focus is on those powerlines.

Coming back to add... Forgot that it was basic editing, but I'll leave my comment as it is anyway.

It would be more dramatic had you underexposed it and played with a "red color slider" in your editing software. I think that's allowed. But you are into something here.
