After looking at it longer, I think it is an apple with just the top of a can on it. Unfortunately, it is not immediately apparent so it looses some of its effect.

Fantastic...what a lovely and perfect happy ending and a perfect match for the challenge theme. Sensual and erotic undertones are captured here in a beautiful harmonious composition displaying an intimate knowledge of the finer techniques and loves of what is obviously a very passionate photographer.
What I especially like and what to me gives the image an extra dimension is the "Do Not Disturb" card on the doorknob. Truly a memorable ending and one that I am sure will be remembered and cherished for a long time to come.
