Another injustice done to a fine image, this reviewer messed up the first run through while rating and rated this much to low and apologises to the author for doing so. Both an artistsic and technical success, this image was rated a seven and has been rerated to a nine.

This looks like maybe an out-take from the fauna challenge. I like them both. Painted with light right? Done very well!! While I love the photo and agree that there is texture I think there are others that work better for the challenge. Of course that's just my preference. I'm making it a fave but because I love the photo itself.

An image that demonstates the subject matter of the challenge in spectacular fashion with excellant DOF and color control. Both a technical and artistic success that more than adequately meets the challenge subject in particular with the color shades. A very worthy contender for top ten honors and a possible ribbon contender.
