Thanx glad u like :) the painterly slightly absurdist feel I created on purpose by editing it in Topaz Studio 2 and using the Golden Madonna filter combined with the Edward Hopper Oil Paint filter realising it might not be everybody's cup of tea or coffee but who cares...as long as I like it :) and I'm glad you kinda like it too.

When I saw this image I found it very interesting and very well composed. The subject ,alignment, DOF and processing in B&W are all excellent. I do not care for the exposure time as the sky is almost dizzying and takes away from the sharpness of the entire image. In order to g et a better feeling of the movement of the clouds I would have suggested a longer exposure time which is difficult when it is very light out. Of course if you like the clouds the way they are that is all that counts! Just my opinion:)
