Bill & Kimby TooCoolComment by David.C: Lighting: The lighting is well balanced, but without a catchlight their eyes are not as expressive as the rest of their face. The top of her hair seems a bit hot.
Pose: Works, although her expression could be a bit better.
Background: is fine, except for the blown out sky. |

Bill & Kimby TooCoolComment by GeneralE: It's usually hard to get a decent portrait outdoors, against a background of foliage, wiht a lot of backlighting -- you've done far better than most under the circumstances. Good combination of softness and detail, too. |

Bill & Kimby TooCoolComment by L1: Very nice; love the dreamy quality. Not sure about the "studio" portion of the challenge, as it is debatable whether or not outside is a studio, but it's a good shot nonetheless...so I won't down it for that reason. :o) |
