There is a story here but I'm not feeling it. The individual photographs are fine but they aren't holding my attention. I enjoy your work so don't take this critique personally. Side challenges are about us growing together. Learning from our analysis as much as what we capture and create.

I like the idea but the last image is probably my least favorite of the set. The first and last images are arguably the most important for a photo essay. Maybe end with a picture, taken outside your house, with illuminated windows? I'd also like a few more to set the mood. That kitchen shot with a slice of light is fabulous.

Gorgeous place! Who wouldn’t enjoy a day on this pristine lake.

Nice collection of memories without being redundant. Such a lovely palette of blues. I like how you presented different perspectives, from landscapes to dripping paddles. I also enjoyed your your last image, leaving the lake with your canoe pointing home.

Some of the close up studies seem a little out of focus. Were these an afterthoughts that you cropped?
