The title hints at a dark past, and now the image seems spookier. The wrought iron fence is a good touch, a measure of attempted safety. Now the peaked roof starts to resemble a witch's hat. The processing furthers the mood. Well realized.

Nachdem ich weiß, von wem's ist, erkenne ich auch den einen oder anderen Akteur (die mit Hut) ... Ich finde das Telefon gar nicht so schlimm, und heute hält immer irgendeiner sein Smartphone hoch, was will man machen.

Your choice of waning/waxing daylight certainly lends to the spooky mood, and shooting the fence in the foreground suggests perhaps something is being contained behind? Probably the most eerie submission in this challenge.
