There is no clear subject in this photo. What are you trying to have stand out? Is it the spider? The street? The SUV? The flag? Try zooming in on the important portion of the photo.

If you had something in the foreground it would help draw the viewer in to this image. You did a good job of getting the esposure right, and the B&W looks nice in a retro sort of way. If you are shooting night shots in the city, try shooting using tungsten white balance for a few of the shots. It will take the orange glow out of the sky.

grea capture. i love the fountain at night, its just gorgeous. i also like the building in the background(forgive me ive forgotten which one it is), it ads something specail to the photo, even though its "distracting" ones eye from the fountain. good job

ah, my favorite city... nice capture of the lights, i love it when they get all starry like that. unfortuantly you didnt pick up the car lights as much as one might have liked, but its still pretty cool.
