A lovely landscape Janine. I like your composition with the emphasis on the water and its reflections and the pebbly bottom of the foreground. It̢۪s a good exposure throughout with lovely sharp detail from the large DOF you have used. The composition gives a true feeling of depth and the immenseness of the scene. Nicely done.

A lovely glowing sunset and reflecting sea, as you say, a glorious sunset. Where I think this is not working quite so well as it could is in the softness throughout, particularly in the wet sand where those reflections could have been in stunningly sharp contrast to an acceptable softness in the sky and water. Given your shutter speed it must be down to the HDR merge differences in the reflections between the three images? I think also if the area of dry sand could have been excluded this could have added impact to the end result. It is a lovely image Janine but in a challenge of this nature you̢۪re up against some tough competition.

You know I'm a sucker for motion blur Janine and this is an excellent example that just shouts out vibrantly 'come dance with me'. I adore the crop and the way it places the emphasis on the gorgeous shape of her twirling dress. The mono processing is good and again the light shade of her dress against the predominant darker tones concentrates all your attention on her. I love it for its dynamic vibrancy it is so alive its beautiful, you sensed the 'moment' so well Janine. I'm really pleased to see so much positive reaction to your lovely image.
