The colors, the 'soft glow', and the main subject of the water lilies does capture some of the look and feel of Monet's work. I do have one suggestion/critique that could strengthen the composition. Cropping off some of the far right portion to be flush with the leaf pad of the pink lilies would bring the main subject more to the forefront and also eliminate that orange reflection that distracts from the pop of color from the flowers.
