Really great image and conversion. The composition is good and the clouds really add to the sky (sucker for pretty white clouds). Only thing I can see that would have made it a bit stronger is if you had done some dodging on the sign to brighten it up just a bit.

I want to like it but my eyes seem to want to go everywhere but the leaves. And leaving the leaves doesn't mean a double score. If they stood out a notch above the clutter of the branches and depth of the sky this would work really well.
