if you can get alien skin/snapart filter .. you can do a lot of painterly edits .. there's snapart3 and snapart4 and other filters as well with alien skin ... :)

Looks fabulous. I like the contrast in textures. The softness and smooth feel of the sand versus the "graininess" of the moving water.
